Hot rolled aluminium strips
The hot rolling process of hot rolled aluminium strips depends on the quality, initial thickness, necessary productivity and cost of the original billet. Aluminum strip has wide application such as cable, cosmetic cap, transformer winding, shutter, tube, radiator and lamp base, the alloy of aluminium strips are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 1235, 3003, 3004, 3005m 3105, 8011 and so on. Hot rolling is rolling above recrystallization temperature, hot rolling is to provide the blank for cold rolling, and many hot rolling aluminum strip materials need high corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, plasticity and so on.
At present, the hot rolling mill is mainly used in the process of aluminum strip processing and hot rolling. The motor is used in the hot rolling mill to drag the aluminum alloy strip, and the supporting roll and working roll of the hot rolling mill are used to jointly apply the force to the two sides of the aluminium strips. By changing the gap between the two rolls, the purpose of rolling different thickness of hot-rolled aluminum plate and strip can be realized.
The hot rolling system of aluminum strip includes the pusher type heating furnace, hot roughing mill, heavy shear, light shear and stacker set successively along the rolling direction of aluminum alloy strip. The service life is prolonged, and the working efficiency of the hot rolling mill is improved as a whole. The production cost is saved, and it is easy to control when producing hot rolled aluminium strips with different width. At the same time, it reduces the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
