As the aluminum strip for caps materials has to go through the cap-making process when it is processed into formal bottle caps, this has new requirements for the base material of aluminum cap strip materials. Haomei have invested in technical research and development, after baking through the cap-making process, the stability of the aluminum strip becomes better and the strength is higher, and the existing processing technology is greatly improved, so that the performance indicators of aluminum strip for bottle cap materials reach a higher level. The 8011 aluminium capping strip material process must be completed through cold rolling-foil rolling annealing thickness-annealing-foil rolling finished product-stretch bending straightening-slitting and other processes. After the finished coil is produced, it must be cut and painted by a flattening machine, drying, multiple stamping, anti-counterfeiting marking and other processes to produce qualified bottle cap materials.
