Conductive Aluminium Tape 1000 Series

Conductive aluminium tape 1000 series aluminum have excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. 1000 series aluminum belong to pure aluminum alloy is formed by adding a small amount of copper. It has excellent forming characteristics, high reflectivity, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and electrical conductivity.

At present, the commonly used material for transformer taper is aluminum taper. Transformer aluminum strip grades are mainly A1060 1050 1070 (O soft temper), which are mainly used in the high and low voltage windings of dry-type transformers as conductive materials. Transformer conductive aluminum strip is mainly used in large transformers for solar energy and power industries. The thickness of conductive aluminium tape is 0.2mm--3.0mm, the width is 20mm-1650mm. The quality of conductive aluminium strip are smooth surface, no scratches. The edges can be chamfered (rounded corners, rounded edges), without burrs, which is better than the national standard. The resistivity is less than or equal to 0.028.
 

Conductive aluminium tape are generally used to conduct electricity and connect equipment, so their conductivity (or resistivity) and ductility must be considered. Because there are many free electrons in aluminum metal, which has good conductivity, low density, good plasticity, and easy processing. Aluminum is rich in resources and the price is lower than that of copper.
