Aluminium strip for cable wrapping is an important cable packaging material with good thermal conductivity, tensile strength and corrosion resistance, which can effectively protect the cables and extend their service life. 2. Quality requirements of aluminum strip for cable:
- Smooth surface: the surface of aluminum foil should be flat and smooth, without obvious bumps and defects.
- Uniform thickness: the thickness of aluminum foil should be uniform, no obvious thickness difference.
- Tensile strength: the aluminum foil should have high tensile strength to ensure that it is not easy to break when packing cables.
- Corrosion resistance: Aluminum foil should have good corrosion resistance to maintain the quality of the packaged cable for a long time.
- Heat sealing: aluminum foil and plastic film composite should have good heat sealing to ensure that the packaged cable is not easy to moisture.
