Haomei Aluminum's burr free transformer aluminum strip is a core export product we specifically designed for global transformer manufacturers. It's also a core product category that has secured numerous long-term orders in the European, American, and Southeast Asian markets thanks to our core technologies and precise adaptation capabilities. This product's core advantage lies in its burr-free forming process. It precisely matches international standards in alloy ratios, structural precision, and application adaptability, directly meeting the core production needs of overseas customers. It is the preferred material for enhancing transformer product quality and market competitiveness.

Regarding alloy specifications, we use precisely proportioned 1000 series high-purity aluminum and customized alloys. Our core standard grades cover 1050, 1060, 1070, and 1350, all of which are optimal alloy systems specifically for transformer aluminum strips. All conform to GB/T 27676-2011 national standard and international standards such as ASTM and IEC, directly adapting to the production and testing requirements of overseas customers. Among them, grade 1060 aluminum contains over 99.6% aluminum and is the most commonly used specification in export orders. It combines excellent conductivity with cost advantages, making it suitable for medium and low voltage transformer production. Grade 1350, as a high-purity electrical-grade aluminum, boasts a conductivity of up to 62% IACS and is specifically developed for high-end, high-efficiency transformers. For customers in coastal and humid regions, we can also provide customized corrosion-resistant alloys such as 3003 and 5052 to solve the corrosion problems of outdoor transformers. This is one of our core advantages that distinguishes us from similar suppliers.

Structurally, we have completely broken with industry conventions, employing a self-developed precision slitting and edge polishing integrated process to achieve truly burr-free forming. The thickness of aluminum strip for transformer winding is controlled between 0.2-3.5mm, and the width between 20-1350mm, with dimensional tolerances precisely controlled within ±0.01mm, far exceeding industry standards. The edges are rounded and chamfered to avoid the risk of burrs scratching the insulation layer, a common problem with traditional aluminum strips. The surface undergoes annealing, resulting in a uniform and smooth rolling mill surface, free of scratches and oxide spots, making it suitable for direct use in transformer windings without additional processing. Packaging uses fumigation-free wooden pallets and moisture-proof paper sealing. The inner diameter can be customized from 300-500mm according to customer needs, fully meeting the moisture-proof and impact-proof requirements of international sea freight, reducing losses during overseas transportation.

In addition to the core burr-free advantage, our transformer aluminum strip possesses three other core competitive advantages.
First, it boasts excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, with a resistivity ≤0.028Ω·mm²/m, reducing power loss by 3%-5% compared to ordinary aluminum strips, aligning with the global trend towards energy-efficient transformers.
Second, it exhibits outstanding processing performance; its soft, O-state properties make it easy to bend and stamp, adapting to the winding forming requirements of transformers with different structures without the need for additional softening treatment, thus improving customer production efficiency.
Third, it demonstrates strong stability; through full-process spectral testing and tensile testing, each batch of products comes with a quality inspection report, with batch-to-batch performance deviations ≤1%. Furthermore, its naturally formed oxide protective film adapts to various climatic environments, significantly reducing transformer maintenance costs.

When applied to transformers, the advantages of this burr-free aluminum strip are particularly prominent. As a core material for transformer windings, the burr-free design fundamentally prevents insulation layer damage during winding, reducing the risk of short-circuit faults and improving transformer operational safety and service life. This is also the most recognized advantage by overseas customers. Meanwhile, compared to copper strip, our aluminum strip is over 40% lighter, significantly reducing the overall weight of the transformer and lowering shipping and installation costs. Its cost is only one-third that of copper strip, helping customers improve product cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, our aluminum strip is directly compatible with the high and low voltage windings and shielding layers of various transformers, including dry-type and oil-immersed types, without requiring adjustments to the production process. Combined with our rapid delivery cycle of 7-35 days and one-on-one technical support, this effectively helps customers shorten production cycles and seize market opportunities.

Years of export experience have taught us that overseas customers value product stability, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness. Our burr-free transformer aluminum strip not only boasts superior craftsmanship but also offers end-to-end customized services based on the standards and requirements of our customers' regions. From alloy ratios and dimensional specifications to packaging and transportation, we provide comprehensive support, which is key to our ability to establish a foothold in the global market and secure long-term partnerships.
